GoodJobsOnly is an informational tool. It is not career, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a recruiting, staffing, or employment service. You are responsible for your own decisions — always verify details directly with the employer before applying or accepting an offer.
The Worth Score is an algorithmic opinion computed from public data using a disclosed methodology. It is not a fact, a guarantee, a vetting, a background check, a certification, or an endorsement by any employer. Our data comes from public sources — company job postings, state WARN filings, SEC filings, and public layoff/funding reports. Everything on GoodJobsOnly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Public records can be incomplete, delayed, amended, or matched to the wrong company despite our best efforts; postings can be paused, filled, or removed at any time. We do not warrant that any listing is currently open or genuine, or that any company is a good employer.
When we show a layoff/WARN, SEC, or funding filing for a company, we are reporting a dated public record — not a verdict that the company is failing, unsafe, or a bad employer, and the absence of a flag is not a clean bill of health. If you believe we’ve shown something inaccurate, tell us and we’ll review it.
“Good jobs only” is our editorial mission and brand — not a literal promise that every listing is a good job or that we have removed every bad one. We try hard to surface honest, sourced information and to hedge what we can’t verify.
The core “is this a good job” check, the layoffs tracker, and the funding tracker are free — no account and no payment. We also offer an optional 5-day free email trial of full access (no credit card, no card stored), and a $9 one-time pass that unlocks full access — every matched company, apply-direct links, and unlimited Worth Score searches — for 30 days.
The pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it does not auto-renew, nothing recurs, and we keep no card on file. The pass is for your personal use and is non-transferable. When the 30 days end, access returns to the free tier; you can buy another pass if you want. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Use the site lawfully and don’t abuse it: no scraping or bulk-harvesting our pages, no attempting to break or evade our rate limits or signed links, no reselling or redistributing our data, and no interfering with the service or other users. Don’t rely on any single number or flag as your only input for an important decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodJobsOnly is provided without warranties and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, if you never bought a pass, is zero).
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
