Plain-English refund terms for the $9 30-day pass. Last updated June 2026.
Changed your mind about your $9 pass? Email us within 72 hours of purchase and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked, no hassle.
The pass is a one-time $9 purchase (plus any sales tax Stripe collects for your location) for 30 days of full access — every matched company, apply-direct links, and unlimited Worth Score searches. It is not a subscription: nothing auto-renews, and there is no card kept on file. The free tier — the Worth Score check and the layoffs and funding trackers — stays free forever, so there is nothing to refund there.
If you’re not satisfied with your pass, email [email protected] from the email you paid with, within 72 hours of purchase, and we’ll refund the full amount charged (the $9 pass, plus any tax collected on it) — you don’t need to give a reason. Because the pass comes after a free 5-day trial to evaluate the product first, purchases are non-refundable after 72 hours. We may decline refunds we believe are abusive (for example, repeated buy-then-refund cycles).
If you were charged twice for the same pass, or charged by mistake, email [email protected] and we’ll refund the extra or accidental charge in full — the 72-hour window does not limit fixing a billing error on our side.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Once we issue it, your bank or card provider controls how quickly the credit posts — usually a few business days.
When a refund is issued, your pass is marked refunded and your paid access ends; your account returns to the free tier. We remove access from the same server record that granted it, so it applies promptly. If you’re already signed in on a device, that device may keep cached access for a short time until it re-checks — we don’t guarantee an instant lockout on every device.
If something went wrong with your purchase, please email [email protected] first — a 72-hour full refund is no-questions-asked, so we can almost always sort it out faster than a card dispute.
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your receipt comes from Stripe and shows the email you paid with — that’s the email to use to restore access on another device, and the email to write to with any refund question.
