The search inputs you enter (role, level, location, and optional current/offered pay). The free search and results need no email and no account — a signed cookie remembers access, with no password. We collect an email address when you start the free 5-day trial (to start and manage it, and to send the single trial-ending email) and when you buy the $9 pass (to run your access and send your restore link). The $9 pass also involves payment details, which you enter directly with Stripe — see “Payments” below. We may keep basic, aggregate analytics (such as page counts) to operate the site. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
To generate and show your results in your browser, and to run your trial or pass. We only email you about your access — the single trial-ending notice and the magic-link to restore your pass on another device. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.
The $9 pass is paid through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes your card details; we never see or store your card number. We receive only what we need to grant access — for example, a confirmation that you paid and the email you paid with. Your receipt comes from Stripe, to the email you paid with. Stripe’s handling of your payment data is covered by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
We use Resend to deliver our own access-related emails — the trial-ending notice and the restore link (your payment receipt comes directly from Stripe, not through Resend). Resend processes your email address only to send those messages on our behalf.
We keep your email and access records only as long as needed to run your access and meet ordinary record keeping (for example, a record of a purchase or refund). You can ask us to delete your email and access records at any time — email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it. (Stripe may retain its own transaction records as required for payments and tax.)
Worth Scores are computed from listings posted publicly on companies’ own career sites. The score is directional intel, not a guarantee. We don’t guarantee a posting is currently open, and a posted pay range is the employer’s figure, not an offer to you.
